You can access the quit alcohol audio programme below, scroll down to access over 80 lessons and work through at your own pace. You can use the audio programme on any computer, smartphone or tablet.
Members Private Forum
Members have access to a private forum area, only other members can see your posts here. When you are logged in, you can access the forum here: https://besober.co.uk/forums/forum/members-forum/
Private Facebook Group
To join the private Be Sober – Stay Sober Facebook group, please click here while logged into Facebook and request to join. There can be a short delay for approval as all requests are manually reviewed.
Live Coaching
The schedule for Live Coaching and Q&A sessions will be shown under ‘EVENTS’ in the Facebook group above, it is beneficial if you can join as many as possible.

Live broadcasts will take place within the Facebook group, you can join by simply being in the group.
Online group meetings take place via Zoom and you will need a separate link to access these, more details below.
All sessions are recorded and kept in the content archive in so you can watch them back on replay at any time.
Online Group Meetings
Group meetings are held via Zoom video conferencing, all you need is a computer with a microphone and a webcam or a smartphone with the Zoom app. You will be emailed a link to access the session several days beforehand, simply click the link to join the meeting at the relevant time/day.
All group meetings are recorded and kept in the content archive so you can watch them back at any time.
Content Archive
You can replay any of the live or group sessions by visiting the content archive. There are archives in the Facebook group under the ‘Videos’ tab and in the online audio programme under ‘Live Session Archives’.
